The ZipClip team is comprised of a small group of veteran internet entrepreneurs and mobile experts. We have a passion for bringing interesting, meaningful, and easy to use technology to help consumers get the most use and fun out of their mobile phones – perhaps in ways not even imagined today.

Jorge Mata, Zipclip Father and Visionary A pioneer and 20 year veteran in mobile application space, Jorge Mata is the Founder and Chairman of Berggi. Prior to Berggi, Jorge Mata founded MyAlert in 1999, a company focused on designing and implementing wireless alert services to mass market. In 2001 MyAlert merged with Buongiorno, an Italian public company. Prior to his entrepreneurial activities, Jorge worked at AT&T& Bell Laboratories, McKinsey & Co., Banco Santander and Broadvision. Jorge has been appointed twice technology pioneer by the World Economic Forum in 2001 and 2002. Jorge Mata holds an MS in Physics from Universidad Autonoma (Madrid), and an MBA from New York University.

Babur Ozden, ZipClip Boss & Evangelist A veteran of internet and mobile and 4 time previous CEO since 1993. Currently CEO of Berggi, Inc. and ZipClip Boss & Evangelist. Passionate about his family, friends and products, getting the most out of life every day, building great companies and teams, and enjoying great (and sometimes unusual) meals. Doesn't need much sleep, plays soccer, and runs at the crack of dawn on a regular basis. Was a hard core programmer for a ten years during high-school, college and afterwards. Graduate of University of Texas Austin (Computer Science) and has an MBA from Rice University.

Reddy Karri, ZipClip Chief Technology Guru and General Manager A global internet and software veteran with a track record of success in senior level technology roles at companies like i2 Technologies, DataCert, and Symcon. Reddy is the man who keeps his humor and perspective intact when chaos is seemingly erupting everywhere and presses the team forward. Mad about cricket and still plays occasionally. Doesn’t mind the Texas heat and humidity and enjoys life in Houston with his wife and two kids.

Jeff Ralls, ZipClip Product Marketing & Ace An innovator and expert in mobile and the nuances of marketing, Jeff is a tech geek, consumer marketer, and entrepreneur who helped launch and market a mobile game company and then do the same to become a partner at one of the leading mobile marketing agencies. Jeff started his career in the non-profit world. Jeff often ZipClips underground culinary credo to his friends, as well as himself. Jeff studied econ and int'l relations at American U in D.C., and later earned his MBA from the University of San Francisco.
